For high school & college students

Your story is already remarkable.
Let's make sure you tell it right.

Admissions offices, scholarship committees, fellowship panels, and competitive programs don't just select the most qualified applicant on paper — they select the student who can best communicate where they’ve been, where they want to go, and why they are the student to achieve it.

I know because I’ve lived it.

I grew up right here in Jacksonville and attended Stanton College Preparatory School, where I graduated in the top 10% of my class.

I attained my Bachelor’s Degree with a major inPolitical Science and Public Relations and a Leadership Studies Certificate from FSU, in 2020, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During my time at FSU, I volunteered over 200 hours while holding various leadership positions on campus, including:

  • Student Foundation Board of Trustees, Vice President of Public Relations

  • Service Leadership Seminar’s Program Coordinator

  • SGA’s Diversity and Inclusion Institute Director

  • Phi Kappa Phi Student Vice President

  • 2018 Orientation Leader

I also worked closely with the Office of National Fellowships to pursue various fellowships and scholarships. By the time I graduated, I had become a:

  • Gilman Scholar to fund a summer nonprofit management internship in Lobitos, Peru (2018).

  • Truman Scholarship Nominee, one of 5 for the university (2019).

  • Gubernatorial Fellowship Finalist (2020).

  • Social Science Scholar, securing a research grant for my honors thesis (2018-2019).

None of that happened based on GPA alone, it happened because I learned to tell my story — clearly, confidently, and authentically. That's the skill I now teach.
